What should I wear?

Our dress code, decoded: 

Garden Formal.  Click here to see some examples. Please keep in mind that everything will take place outside on the lawn at Airlie, so please also consider clothing and shoe choices accordingly. 

Ladies: Maxi and midi length dresses or formal separates. Block heels, wedges, or flats will keep you from sinking into the grass. Please, no mini dresses. 

Gentlemen: Suits encouraged. Ties are welcome and optional. Please, no tuxedos. 

Late summer and early fall colors, florals, and prints are encouraged. 

You all know we love any opportunity to dress up and we hope you take our special occasion to feel your most confident, classy, and cool (in more ways than one)! 

Where should I stay?

There are lots of great beach houses that can be rented on Wrightsville Beach. We have also made a block at the several hotels for your convenience. There is also a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn Sunspree. Please see our Travel & Stay page for lots of recommendations.

Is parking available at the venue?

Parking is available at the wedding venue.
